Founder and Academy Director at MAVERICKS Life Co, Jessica Christensen, teaches you to understand your body while improving your fitness and wellbeing. Using over 18 years experience in the sports & fitness industry, specialised in holistic sports science education, Jessica invites you to learn & train, The MAVERICKS Way!

Discover a movement training approach rooted in environmental sports science, biomechanics, and evidence-based health practice. 

 

Instructor Certifications & Credentials

Jessica is a Fellow with the Chartered Institue for the Management of Sports and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) with 18 years of experience working with athletes, coaches and participants of all ages and level. Her full credentials can be found on the CIMSPA registered members directory.  Certifications include: Harvard Medical HMX Physiology, Anatomy and Physiology Advanced Level 4, TQUK Level 3 Award in Education & Training (RQF), YMCA Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing,  Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training, Anatomy Trains, Fascia Pilates, Vivobarefoot Barefoot Movement Coach, Ecology Diploma Level 3, and accredited program with National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), EREPS and USCCE.
